From scattered experiments to a clear next step.
You don't need a technical brief. Start with a business problem worth examining.
1
Have an introductory conversation.
We'll discuss your business, how you're using AI today, and what you want to improve. The aim is to establish whether there's a useful fit and whether an assessment is the right next step. There's no obligation to proceed.
2
Review the work.
We agree a focused set of workflows to examine. That can involve conversations with relevant team members, a walkthrough of current tools, and examples of the work. We look for repetition, delays, missed handoffs, and information that's difficult to use.
3
Choose a worthwhile starting point.
We compare potential benefits, implementation effort, costs, dependencies, and the review needed to keep output reliable. You receive prioritized opportunities and a recommended first use case.
4
Agree the implementation.
Before work begins, we define deliverables, responsibilities, cost, and success measures. Larger or specialist work may need a separate project scope.
5
Help people use it.
Working instructions, demonstrations, training, and feedback help make the change usable. We account for exceptions and establish where human judgment remains necessary.
6
Review the results.
We compare performance with the starting point. Relevant measures might include handling time, response time, errors, completed follow-ups, or owner involvement. If the improvement falls short, we examine why before recommending further investment.
