Questions before we get started?
Here's how the work is scoped, supported, and measured.
We already use AI tools. How would this help?
We examine where your current use helps and where it is inconsistent. The aim is to support agreed business workflows with clear responsibilities and measurable results.
Do we need to know which use case we want?
No. Finding and prioritizing use cases is part of the assessment. Bring the problems and examples of how the work happens today.
Will you tell us if AI isn't the right solution?
Yes. A recommendation may involve an existing software feature, a process change, or straightforward automation. Any AI component needs a practical purpose.
Can you guarantee savings or revenue?
No. Results depend on the use case, implementation, adoption, and other business factors. We establish a baseline and success measures, with estimates and assumptions made explicit.
How do you handle sensitive information?
Before information is used in a tool, we discuss what is necessary, access, and tool suitability. Sample or anonymized information can support early evaluation. Specialist privacy, security, or regulatory requirements may need additional expertise.
What if AI produces an incorrect answer?
We define review requirements, test realistic examples, and make it clear who checks output and how uncertainty is handled.
Can you work with our IT provider or web designer?
Yes. Their knowledge can be valuable, and we agree responsibilities early.
How much will this cost?
Cost depends on the scope and support required. After an introductory conversation, you'll receive clear commercial terms before deciding whether to proceed.
Do we need ongoing support after an assessment?
No. The assessment stands on its own. You can proceed with support, implement another way, or choose not to move forward.
Is software included?
Software subscriptions and third-party services are identified separately and discussed before purchase.
How much time will our team need to contribute?
We'll need access to a decision-maker, workflow examples, and relevant staff input. The proposal sets out expected participation.
Will this replace employees?
We agree the objective before implementation. Work can focus on supporting staff, reducing repetitive administration, improving service, or creating capacity. Staffing decisions remain yours.
