My working life has taken me through transportation, aviation operations, manufacturing, legal services, business development, hospitality and tourism. I've driven trucks, handled legal files, built a manufacturing business, and sold business software.
That experience shapes the questions I ask. Where does the information come from? Who needs it next? What happens on a busy day? How do you handle an exception? A useful workflow needs answers to those questions.
My contribution combines operational experience, commercial judgment, and practical work with AI and automation tools. When a project needs deeper engineering or specialist advice, I identify that requirement and help coordinate appropriate support.
